1. Acceptance of these terms

By adding Sentinel to a server or using its commands, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the bot.

2. The service

Sentinel is a Discord bot offering moderation, security, automation, support and community features, operated by zxdac_. Features may change, be limited or be removed at any time, and some depend on third-party services.

3. Eligibility and Discord rules

You must comply with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, including its minimum age requirement. You must be at least 13 years old to use Sentinel. Sentinel is not affiliated with Discord Inc.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: abuse, overload or attempt to disrupt the bot; use it to harass, spam or harm others; use lookup tools (for example the OSINT commands) for unlawful purposes or against targets you are not authorised to investigate; or try to bypass its permission checks.

5. Server administrators

Administrators decide which modules to enable and are responsible for configuring them lawfully, for informing their members where required (for example about logging, moderation or verification) and for the actions taken by their staff using Sentinel.

6. Third-party services

Some features send requests to third parties (for example Discord, a music node, an AI provider or public lookup services). Their own terms and policies apply, and Sentinel is not responsible for their availability or content. See the Privacy Policy.

7. Availability and no warranty

Sentinel is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that protective features will stop every attack or abuse.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, zxdac_ is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data, resulting from the use of the bot, including actions such as bans, deletions, lockdowns or restores performed through it.

9. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or remove access to Sentinel for a user or server that breaks these terms or abuses the service. You can stop using Sentinel at any time by removing it from your server.

10. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The date of the latest version is shown below; continued use after an update means you accept it.

11. Governing law and contact
